My Current routines.
Here is my latest routine.
A three day split. Reps in the range of 6--8
Legs:
- Squats
- Reverse hyperextensions
- Calfs (2 to 3 x 15)
- Leg curls
Chest and Shoulders
- Chest press
- dips
- Seated press
- Close grip bench press
Back
- Deadlifts
- pull ups
- bent over one arm rows
- various biceps exercises
Abs are done when I remember
