Remarks on the famous consultant's report

First of all, Volleyball is really a small part of the report.
There are no real title 9 concerns with Volleyball.

According to the consultants the present Volleyball
dressing facilities are quite adequate. The consultants, however,
did SUGGEST that the dressing facilities be moved to O’Keefe for the
because of some concerns. Here is the entierty of what the report
says about this:

"Finally, the volleyball locker room is also in the Coliseum,
and their practice and competitive facility is in O’Keefe Gym.
They must cross a wide parking lot, often after dark, to and
from practice and competition."

But there are 5000 other ways to address these concerns. For
instance, build a covered walkway, with adequate lighting, and an
emergency telephone, between O’Keefe and the dressing facilities.
